You have the right to obtain confirmation, access, correct, or delete your data. Your request will be processed within ten working days, extendable to one month based on complexity. We reserve the right to object in accordance with Article 34 of Law 18-07.

Types of Data Subjects

The E-commerce Merchant: Considered the second party to this contract, whose data is obtained directly from them.
The Customer: The merchant enters the customer's data into our platform to benefit from our services, in accordance with Law 18-07.

How long will your data be retained?

Your personal data will be retained for 36 months for purposes of proof, statistics, and rights preservation, unless you delete it or withdraw consent.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Confirmatic reserves the right to change all contents of the Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting the new Privacy Policy on the Confirmatic website. All users are advised to check our Privacy Policy from time to time.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis is Law (18/07) on the protection of personal data and Law (18/05) on e-commerce, based on your explicit consent.

Fee Payment

Initial subscription is free. A 'Pay-as-you-go' plan costs 10 DZD per new order. Monthly subscriptions are available at different rates. Fees include subscription, transaction, and other charges.

The free plan includes fifty free orders per month.

For 'Pay-as-you-go', the first payment is at 100 orders, with subsequent payments every 200 orders. Monthly subscriptions are paid in advance and expire based on time or order count.

You must provide a valid credit card for all payments. Charges will be made to the authorized card until services are terminated and all fees are paid.

Credit Refund

You must ensure sufficient credit to pay invoices. Credit is used for fees and is generally non-refundable unless a legitimate reason is proven. Refund requests require a valid reason, a balance over $15, and must be made within 6 months of purchase. Transaction costs are borne by the seller.

Credit purchased during a promotional offer cannot be refunded. Refunds can be processed to the original payment method or transferred to another Confirmatic store account (one-time only).

Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your account at any time by emailing contact@confirmatic.shop and following the instructions.

Upon cancellation by either party:

Confirmatic will cease providing services, and you will lose access to your account.
You are not entitled to any fee refunds, unless specified otherwise.
Any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable.

Account Freezing and Deletion

An account inactive for 15 days will be frozen. You can unfreeze it by logging in.

If an account remains frozen for three months, it will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account upon suspicion of fraudulent activity or suspicious traffic that affects our services.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

We are not responsible for changes on third-party platforms (delivery companies, e-commerce stores) but will work to resolve any resulting issues to ensure your business continuity.
